Fallon

Matt has been really busy trying to juggle two jobs. His real estate job started the first of the year and he has been doing training and still working his 40 hours with Ross Rentals. His real estate is at a stand still right now because missed paperwork and he can't move forward until he is issued his real estate license. It was a blessing because it allowed Matt to have a day off which we had to use to get the Fallon house ready to rent.
We headed down on a Friday night where he worked late so everything could be ready to lay the carpet down. My Dad was kind enough to come and help. Meanwhile the kids and I played at Grandma Taylor's and once it warmed up a little we headed to the park. It was still chilly but the kids were bundled and happy to be out.

He finally went down the slide all by himself without me near him. The silly boy walked out as far as he could before his feet slipped beneath him and he slide down.
He was so happy to play with the playground equipment and didn't want my help at all. Man he is growing up.
You can still see the frost on the slide. I said it was still chilly.
Tiffany came with us and it's always better to have cousins to play with.
The Fallon house is just a block away from the park so we walked over to see how my dad and Matt were doing.
I found them hard at work trying to get the finishing touches on the carpet so my dad could go.

We hung around for awhile. The kids discovered they could have a lot of fun with the left over carpet. It entertained them the whole time we were at the house.
They built a house
Rolled each other up

Crawled through it
Made a bed and slept in it
Made a car
There are a few things we need to touch up but the house is ready to rent. Now we need to get some renters.
